Installation steps
- Download: On Android, visit heng4d.app and tap the Android APK button; on iOS, open Safari and go to heng4d.app, then tap "Add to Home Screen"; on desktop, use any browser.
- Install: Android prompts you to enable installations from unknown sources if this is your first time — confirm this in your device settings. iOS creates a shortcut that behaves like an installed app. Web users can bookmark the URL.
- Register or log in: Create a new account with your email, mobile number, and password, or sign in if you already have one. Your account is the same whether you use app or browser.
- Start using heng4d: Add a payment method, complete KYC verification with your ID and proof of residence, then access live blackjack, roulette, Liga 1 markets, and slot games.
App vs. browser on heng4d
Our Android app offers offline caching — game history and account data remain accessible even if your connection drops briefly. Common installation issues on heng4d
Android users occasionally see a warning "Unknown source" when installing the APK — this is expected. To proceed, go to your device's Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser and enable the permission. Certificate trust errors are rare but may occur on older Android devices; if you see a security warning during download, wait 30 seconds and try again, or use a different network. iOS users should ensure they are using iOS 12 or above and have enough free storage (at least 100 MB). If the home-screen shortcut does not open heng4d, delete it and re-add it by visiting heng4d.app again and selecting "Add to Home Screen."
Data, permissions, and account security on heng4d
We do not ask for permission to access your contacts, calendar, or photos — the heng4d app only needs internet access and storage to cache game assets and your session token. Your login credentials are encrypted before transmission and are never stored in plain text on your device. Account verification uses your government ID and proof of residence, which we store securely and do not share with third parties. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method you registered during KYC verification. If your device is lost, you can recover your account by signing in from another device using your email and password — your account balance and game history are tied to your account, not to your device.
